Get ready for an evening of calm, camaraderie, and relaxation through the healing modality of art. Neurographics is a mindful art practice that will help you calm your emotions in an active, creative, and insightful way. With the help of drawing in a no-pressure and relaxed environment, you can gain direct access to your inner self. This relaxing guided workshop helps you to better deal with stress, bring you peace and calm, and neutralize negative mindsets, even if you may not be consciously aware of them.

This program is appropriate for adults and teens age 16+. Open to people of all artistic skill levels; beginners absolutely welcome.

All supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring any of the following if you wish: a fine and med point black Sharpie, watercolors/and or colored pencils and watercolor or mixed media paper.

Lauren Lamenza Naylor is a kind, compassionate and humorous visual artist with a professional background in illustration, teaching land and aquatic yoga, and expressive movement. She has worked in local public schools teaching art and dance. She holds a BA in Art education from Framingham State University, and a certificate in Communications Design from Parsons School of Design.
