Native American archaeology is more than just place names. This program brings the local landscape alive by looking at why people have been attracted to the Assabet River for over 7,000 years. Our environs hold the secrets of how they survived. Join us as we look beyond the glare of the modern to understand more about the Indigenous way of life and why they were attracted to this area.
Kimberley Connors is a local archaeologist specializing in public education. She holds a MA from Harvard University and has worked on numerous sites in New England and the Middle East.
