With assistance from guest artist Cindy Kennelly, who created fantastic artwork based on book covers for the Stories in Fiber art exhibit, Wendy Valentine will facilitate this hands-on workshop for children ages 3-12 where we will be creating collages from fabric and other materials. Older children are also invited to explore simple wool felting with needles and cookie cutters (ages 8 and above with accompanying adult). All participants are invited to display their spectacular creations at the library during the Maynard Book Festival in April.

Registration will open on March 7 for Maynard residents and March 14 for all participants.
